Badrinath Srinivasan is a Senior Manager (Legal) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Noida. He pursued his LLB from the SDM Law College, Mangalore and his LLM from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. He is currently on deputation with the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. 

Badrinath writes in various forums on contract law and arbitration. His research papers have been published in major research journals such as Economic and Political Weekly, Supreme Court Cases, Indian Journal of Arbitration Law, and National Law School of India Review. His works have been cited in several reputed national and international publications and by the Hon’ble Madras High Court. He writes extensively for the Practical Academic Blog.
