Mr. Kuldip Singh was the Former Chief Engineer (Infrastructure Projects) at the Punjab Public Works Department (PWD). He was subsequently a Senior Consultant at Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

He possesses more than 43 years of experience in planning, structural designing, project preparation, contracts, construction and supervision of Buildings, Roads and Bridges. He also has experience in Project preparation, concession agreements and implementation of Road projects and other infrastructure projects in Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode i.e. BOT (Built, operate and transfer)\/ DBOT (Design, Built, operate and transfer) model for 11 years including 3 years as Chief Engineer (Infrastructure Projects), Punjab PWD Branch.<\/span><\/h2>\n

He has Specialized experience as Contract Management Consultant for PPP Projects as well. He is an Empanelled Arbitrator with National Highways Authority of India, Indian Roads Congress, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. He is alsoan Adjudicator with Punjab Road &amp; Bridges Development Board.<\/span><\/h2>\n
