Guranpreet Sarna is a Associate Partner at Dhir & Dhir and has more than 10 years of experience and his practice areas are Projects and Infrastructure, Project Finance and Capital Market. He is a commerce graduate, LLB and an LLM from University of Warwick. <\/span><\/h2>\n

Apart from being a part of some major Infrastructure projects, he is proficient in EPC\/ PPP projects. Guranpreet has closed various transactions in Project Developments, Project Financing, Real Estate, Projects and Infra, including advisory on Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Guranpreet has been recognized as \u201cRising Star\u201d in \u201cProject Development\u201d by IFLR 1000 (Edition 2019) and IFLR 1000 (Edition 2020). He has also been recognized as \u201cRising Star\u201d in \u201cReal Estate and Construction\u201d by Legal\u00a0500 (Asia Pacific Edition 2020). He has been recommended for his work in the practice area of \u201cProject Development\u201d and \u201cReal Estate and Construction\u201d.<\/span><\/h2>\n

He has assisted clients such as Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited and Rural Electrification Corporation Limited, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Power Finance Corporation Ltd, PTC Financial Services Limited on their projects and project financing transactions.<\/span><\/h2>\n

He previously has experience in Capital Market which is another promising practice area of Dhir & Dhir Associates and has been part of public issues of tax free bonds for National Housing Bank, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, IFCI Limited and NHPC Limited for an approx. amount of 23000 crore, respectively.<\/span><\/h2>\n
