Mr. Johnson is an International Management Consultant and Doctoral Researcher, in Infrastructure Law, Policy and Practice with over 20 years\u2019 experience working across Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, South America and, Central and Eastern Europe. His academic credentials in law, post-conflict reconstruction, program management and technology, have been applied in numerous roles supporting bilateral and multilateral contracts in peacebuilding and justice sector programs in fragile and challenging operating environments.<\/span><\/h2>\n

He worked with Mott MacDonald, a Global Engineering and Management Consultancy, as Country Representative in South Sudan, implementing a portfolio of – DFID, KFW, Kingdom of the Netherlands and EU bilateral projects. Before that, Mr. Johnson served in a variety of senior leadership and management roles on various USAID and UN projects, including the implementation of complex USAID, UN and EU programs in Afghanistan, Iraq, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Sudan and Sierra Leone. He was also Chief of Team of a US Department of State\/Bureau of International Narcotics and law Enforcement Program supporting the national peacebuilding and civilian security efforts in (post-conflict) Liberia.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Mr. Johnson holds a Master\u2019s in Science in Major Program Management from the University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Diploma (PDG) in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool School of Law and Social Justice, an Advanced Diploma in Post-Conflict Reconstruction from the Institute for Political Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Systems Technology from the State University of New York – along with advance studies in Governance and Policy, Development Planning and Management Science.<\/span><\/h2>\n
