Mr. Philippe Billiet is an integral part of the legal team at Billiet &amp; Co. and KA Legal and is an\u00a0acclaimed expert in Corporate and Commercial matters, including the EU Regulatory and\u00a0Competition Law. He holds his LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of\u00a0Warwick.
Mr. Billiet was one of the first mediators to obtain the EMTPJ (European Mediation Training for\u00a0Practitioners of Justice) certification and he frequently intervenes in matters that have a\u00a0diplomatic dimension.
Mr. Billiet is the Vice President of the Chambre d\u2019arbitrage d\u2019experts, a member of the Brussels\u00a0Diplomatic Academy Advisory Board, and a licensed arbitrator for several organizations\u00a0worldwide. He is also well known for his seminars on dispute resolution methods and strategies\u00a0at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
Over the years, he has been a proud recipient of several legal distinctions and awards and has\u00a0specialized in adapting and applying various dispute resolution methods for the settlement of\u00a0disputes in this domain.<\/span><\/p>\n
