She also has experience with regulatory proceedings, and related litigation, involving natural gas and electricity transmission and distribution, and electricity generation.<\/p>\n

Myriam has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, in international arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules, in all levels of Ontario and Canadian federal courts, before Ontario administrative tribunals including the Ontario Energy Board and the Environmental Review Tribunal, and in domestic arbitrations.<\/p>\n

Myriam is the Vice-Chair of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee. She is ranked as an \u201cUp and Coming\u201d lawyer in arbitration by Chambers Canada and as an arbitration Future Leader by Who\u2019s Who Legal.<\/p>\n
