Niyati is a recent graduate from the Institute of Law Nirma University (ILNU), Ahmedabad and is an incoming LLM (International Dispute Resolution) Candidate at the prestigious Queen Mary University of Law (QMUL), London.

She seeks to pursue her career in two common law countries (India & UK) with very different historical backgrounds and loves to learn and explore the nuances and subtleties of policies that underpin legislation and emerging trends in the areas of Developmental Law and ADR. She has attended numerous workshops and seminars related to various types of law, most notably in Greece. She has been published with the highly prestigious Wolters Kluwer Blog along with other leading journals.
