Naman Anand is a 3rd Year Undergraduate Law Student at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab.
He possesses a keen interest in Infrastructure Law, Arbitration and Conflict Resolution and has previously interned with the Centre for Trade & Investment Law (Ministry of Trade & Commerce, Govt. of India), Billiet & Co (Brussels), Association for International Arbitration (AIA), Brussels, Legacy Law Offices (New Delhi) and Mutune Kinyua Associates (Nairobi). He has also interned with the Temple of Understanding, a United Nations-affiliated NGO.
He possesses extensive experience with academic writing and his publications have been accepted at leading platforms such as the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, Bharati Law Review, IILS Law Review and the Promise: Human Rights Blog of the UCLA.
He is presently an Associate Editor at the Indian Journal of Law and Public Policy (IJLPP) and a Peer Reviewer for the Commonwealth Law Bulletin. He is also an active member of RGNUL’s Centre for Dispute Resolution (CADR). His academic proficiency also led to him to be invited on Full Scholarship for the Winter ‘School on Solidarity in EU Law’ at the Universita Di Pisa in February 2020.
Apart from legal academia, he also relishes participating in Moot Court Competitions and ADR Competitions and Events.
