Mr. Guranpreet Singh Sarna

Guranpreet Sarna is a Associate Partner at Dhir & Dhir and has more than 10 years of experience and his practice areas are Projects and Infrastructure, Project Finance and Capital Market. He is a commerce graduate, LLB and an LLM from University of Warwick.

Apart from being a part of some major Infrastructure projects, he is proficient in EPC/ PPP projects. Guranpreet has closed various transactions in Project Developments, Project Financing, Real Estate, Projects and Infra, including advisory on Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects.

He has assisted clients such as Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited and Rural Electrification Corporation Limited, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, Power Finance Corporation Ltd, PTC Financial Services Limited on their projects and project financing transactions.

He previously has experience in Capital Market which is another promising practice area of Dhir & Dhir Associates and has been part of public issues of tax free bonds for National Housing Bank, India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, IFCI Limited and NHPC Limited for an approx. amount of 23000 crore, respectively.
