Aakaansha Arya, is a 4th Year B.B.A.L.L.B(Hons.) Student, Bennett University.

She possesses a strong interest in Maritime and Admiralty Law, Project Finance, Insurance, and Infrastructure Laws, International Commercial Arbitration and Energy Laws.

She is a keen researcher and ardent writer on issues relating to Infrastructure and Admiralty Laws. She possesses strong mooting and debating experiences through her accomplishments in various international and national competitions. She is the Convenor of the Legal Aid Cell and the Co-Convenor of Literary and Debating Committee of her University.

She’s adamant and determined and holds the mindset to not settle. She is known for asking questions to make people see flaws in their logic. With her contribution at IJPIEL, she wishes to deepen her knowledge and produce effective papers/blogs on Project, Infrastructure and Energy Law matters
