Fox Mandal is one of the oldest and most reputed firms in India, with a staff of over 400 lawyers spread across offices in India, UK and Bangladesh. Established in 1896 by Mr. J.K. Fox and Mr. G.C. Mandal, it has held the unique honour of advising the erstwhile East India Company and the successive Governments of the Presidency of Bombay. He has extensively worked in Project Finance, Infrastructure and Energy Law.

He has around 10 years of experience advising financial institutions, developers, government bodies and international banks throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has substantial experience in handling end to end due diligence and documentation in renewable energy and infrastructure projects and his expertise includes roads and highways, airports, power plants (solar, wind and hydro), educational institutions, rail networks, healthcare infrastructure such as hospitals.

Vibhore is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai and admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He is fluent in English, Hindi and German and has previously worked with IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd. and IDFC Infrastructure Fund Ltd. as Senior Manager (Legal).
