Mr. Philippe Billiet is an integral part of the legal team at Billiet & Co. and KA Legal and is an acclaimed expert in Corporate and Commercial matters, including the EU Regulatory and Competition Law. He holds his LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick.
Mr. Billiet was one of the first mediators to obtain the EMTPJ (European Mediation Training for Practitioners of Justice) certification and he frequently intervenes in matters that have a diplomatic dimension.
Mr. Billiet is the Vice President of the Chambre d’arbitrage d’experts, a member of the Brussels Diplomatic Academy Advisory Board, and a licensed arbitrator for several organizations worldwide. He is also well known for his seminars on dispute resolution methods and strategies at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
