Prashanth Sabeshan completed his law degree from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 1997 and is a dual qualified lawyer in India and UK and has over 22 years of experience working in India, Australia, Singapore and Indonesia working with law firms like Amarchand Mangaldas, Herbert Smith Freehills and AZB & Partners amongst others. His areas of interest include foreign investments, commercial contracts, general corporate work, infrastructure, electricity & renewables, oil & gas, ports, project finance, regulatory and policy advisory. He has recently authored the book “Investing in India’s Infrastructure and Energy Sectors – Laws and Practice” published by Thomson Reuters. He is also a visiting faculty at various law schools.
